Unauthorized Canva Charge on My Credit Card

On October 4, 2025, ₺850 was withdrawn from my card without my authorization and without any active subscription under my name. I do not have a Canva membership, and no invoice appears in my Canva account. I also checked my Google subscriptions, and there is no active Canva-related plan there either. I do not have a reference number for this transaction.
I reported the situation to Enpara customer service and opened a formal complaint, but I still don’t understand how this unauthorized transaction occurred. This has caused me financial and emotional distress.
I request an immediate refund of the ₺850 withdrawn without my consent and ask Canva to strengthen its payment security measures to prevent similar issues from happening again.
