Unauthorized Enpara Credit Card Transaction

On 4.12.2025 at 18:27, a transaction of ₺50,000 was made from my Enpara credit card without my knowledge and without any password or card information being obtained from me. When I contacted Enpara customer service, I was told that the money is currently in provision, that it appears at “grobiztom”, and that nothing could be done at that moment, and my card was blocked for further use. I was also informed that this is the “procedure”, and that I should call again tomorrow and state that the money transferred to the other party does not belong to me. I clearly state that I did not perform or approve this ₺50,000 transaction and that it is an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction. I request that the ₺50,000 withdrawn from my card be urgently reversed while the amount is still in provision, that a detailed investigation be initiated, and that I be informed in writing about the result.
