An Unauthorized Transaction Was Made From My Enpara Credit Card
On 06.08.2025 at 23:44, a transaction of 20,000₺ was made from my Enpara credit card without my knowledge, under the description “Google*ADS9849158472 CC google.com ıe.” This transaction was carried out by fraudsters without my authorization, without 3D Secure verification or SMS confirmation. When I noticed the incident, I immediately blocked my card and filed a dispute with Enpara customer service on the same day. However, my objection was not reviewed, and no solution was offered. The related amount is still shown as charged to my card and will be due for payment on the statement date. I request the cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and the resolution of my grievance. Otherwise, I will initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
