There is no invoice visible in my Canva account, nor is there any such subscription in my Google subscriptions. I do not have a reference number related to this transaction. I have reported the issue to Enpara officials and opened a complaint request. However, I still do not understand how this transaction occurred, and I have been negatively affected by it. I request both a refund of the withdrawn amount and stronger security measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
