Canva Unauthorised Charge - Card Hacked, No Subscription

On October 4, 2025, ₺850 was withdrawn once from my card by Canva without my consent and despite not having any active membership. There is no invoice visible in my Canva account, nor is there any such subscription in my Google subscriptions. I do not have a reference number related to this transaction. I have reported the issue to Enpara officials and opened a complaint request. However, I still do not understand how this transaction occurred, and I have been negatively affected by it. I request both a refund of the withdrawn amount and stronger security measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
