Even though I am using a Canva Free account, three unauthorized charges of $2 each were made to my Garanti Bank card every time I logged in, totaling $6, without any approval from me and without any subscription. There is no active subscription or service shown on my account—only these withdrawals. I tried to reach customer service about the issue, but I couldn’t reach anyone and received no support.
I request that these unauthorized transactions be investigated and that the total amount taken be refunded to me.
