Garanti BBVA Allowed Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Account and Gave No Explanation

A withdrawal from my Garanti Bank account lately came without my knowledge or permission. When I called customer assistance to fix the problem, they couldn't supply any useful information. No one seems to have a good grasp of the matter or provide a solution even though I phoned several times seeking to talk with bank officials as well as customer support agents. I relied on Garanti Bank to guard my account, but their lack of reaction has left me totally without support. I want the bank to take quick care of this as I need a detailed justification for how money was taken from my account without my permission.
