I have been regularly charged amounts like 2.42 every month since January 2025 under Canva, even though I do not have any subscription with them, using my VakıfBank Expres Troy card. I have never started a Canva subscription, nor have I used any of their products. These transactions are not mine. The charges appear in my account summary with the transaction number “104644-2167351/737,” and they have been happening since I received the card in January 2025.
I have been unable to reach Canva customer service, and I request a full refund for all unauthorized charges made to my account, as well as the cancellation of any subscription opened under my name. I kindly ask for the issue to be resolved, as my card information has been used without permission.
