I started using the Canva free trial in May, but after checking my Garanti Bank card, I discovered that Canva has been charging me ₺100 every month for the past six months — a total of ₺600. I never subscribed to a paid plan, and I never authorized these recurring payments.
There is no visible option in my Canva account to cancel or manage a paid subscription, nor is there any record showing that I’m a Pro member. Because of this, I cannot stop the payments or terminate the subscription myself. Additionally, Canva offers no direct customer service contact, such as a support phone number or accessible help desk, making it extremely difficult to resolve this issue.
I demand a full refund of ₺600, representing the total amount withdrawn from my account without my consent. Canva must also ensure that no further unauthorized payments are made and that my account is fully reverted to free status immediately.
