Canva Charged Me Monthly Even Though I Haven’t Used the App in Months


Even though I canceled my Canva Pro plan, my bank card has continued to be charged $2 every month for the past two months. My account is registered to the email address “a**************@gmail.com.” Even after completing the cancellation process and not using any services, the charges have continued. I tried reaching customer service but was unable to get in touch with anyone.
I do not want to pay for a service I am not using. I request a refund for all charges taken so far and that my subscription be completely canceled.
