I’ve been struggling to print double-sided documents with my Canon G3410 printer, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t get it to work. I decided to contact technical support at 0850 255 22 66. After waiting on hold for about five minutes, someone answered, but I couldn’t hear anything. When I said I couldn’t hear them, they hung up on me. I called back again, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, the call was answered and immediately disconnected. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Canon Turkey’s technical support, as I’ve been left without any assistance and no one to address my issue. This kind of service is unacceptable.
