Canon G3420 Printer Constantly Malfunctions
Since purchasing the Canon G3420 inkjet printer, it has consistently malfunctioned. Despite our attempts to address the issues, it has now completely stopped working. When I try to reach Canon’s technical support at 0850 255 22 60, pressing 1 as instructed, the call disconnects immediately. This lack of support is unacceptable.
As a preschool institution, we heavily rely on the printer for our daily operations, and this situation has left us unable to perform essential tasks. The printer is less than a year old, yet it is now unusable. I urgently request Canon to resolve this issue by providing effective support or a replacement for this faulty product. Please prioritize this matter and restore our operations.
