Canon Printer Stopped Working After Windows Update and Support Was Useless

A brand whose drivers get disabled with the slightest update or even a simple power outage, forcing you to reinstall everything from scratch. About 15 days ago, Windows sent an update, and I installed it at the first opportunity. No surprise, the printer's scanner program stopped working again. I deleted and reinstalled everything, but this time it wasn’t as easy. After several failed attempts, I ran out of patience and called Canon Turkey. Their response was reluctant and dismissive. I explained the issue, and they blamed Windows' new update for blocking their program, saying we had to wait. I waited a few days and called again, only to receive the same answer repeatedly for 20 days. Frustrated, I asked why they couldn’t create a new update if Windows was causing the issue. Their inability to provide a solution was shocking. The very expensive printer is now unusable, and there’s no clear timeline for a fix. Canon's customer service was unhelpful, offering no remote assistance or guidance, unlike other brands that connect to your screen and help step by step. Avoid Canon; it’s nothing but regret.
