Hello, I've never experienced such poor customer service as with Canon Turkey. They claim to have device usage experts, then deny their existence, showing they don't even know what they're saying. Unfortunately, a world-renowned brand like Canon has such mediocre customer service. Even with the slightest issue, I couldn't find anyone to address it. It's truly disappointing. We spend thousands of ₺ on a machine, yet can't find anyone to assist us with even the smallest problem. Canon needs to improve its customer service significantly to match the quality of its products and meet the expectations of its loyal customers.
