Camsurf App Not Working on Xiaomi 13 Pro Despite Reinstall Attempts

For about one week, I have been unable to use the Camsurf application on my Xiaomi 13 Pro device. I originally downloaded the app from the Google Play Store and also tried logging in through Facebook, but in both cases the application does not work. When I attempt to open it via Facebook, I receive an error stating that the “application is not active.” I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. My internet connection is stable, and the app is supposed to be completely free to use. I have not been able to contact customer support since I could not find any support number or communication channel. I urgently request technical assistance and that the app be restored to proper working condition as soon as possible.
