Unable to Access Camsurf Android App Despite Paying for Monthly Subscription

I am a monthly subscriber of the Camsurf Android application, but for the past 3 days I have been unable to log in or access the service at all. During this period, I have already paid a total of ₺135, yet my subscription is unusable. My account does not have a customer or order number; when I log in, only my membership information was visible before the issue started. I have never experienced such a problem until now, and this is the first time I have faced this situation. I request that my subscription period be extended for the days I could not use the service and that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible so my loss is compensated.
