Unable to Log Into Camsurf App on Redmi Note 14 Despite Reinstall and Restart Attempts

I am experiencing a serious issue with the Camsurf app on my Redmi Note 14 Android phone. Until yesterday everything worked fine, but for the past 5–10 minutes I cannot log into the app. When I try to open it, only a spinning loading circle appears continuously and nothing else happens. I do not receive any error messages or warnings. To solve the issue, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and logging in with both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the problem persists. I currently cannot access my account at all. I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that I be able to log into the app without issues.
