I Returned Camper Pix Shoes on Amazon—Still No Refund After 2 Months

I purchased a pair of Camper Men's Pix Shoes, black, size 42, from Amazon and returned them shortly after. It’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund! This is completely unacceptable.

Even though I’m a Prime member, I had to call Amazon at least 10 times, and every time I was told to “please wait.” They keep saying they can’t even get in touch with the seller. I did my part—I returned the product promptly and followed all the steps. But here I am, two months later, with no refund and no accountability.

This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience. It makes me seriously question both the seller’s credibility and Amazon’s support.
