Camper Shoes Deformed in Less Than a Year – Requesting Refund or Replacement



In November 2023, I purchased my 7th pair of Camper shoes through Amazon. Despite rarely wearing them, they became deformed in less than a year. What’s frustrating is that I’ve had no issues with my other six pairs, even though I bought them much earlier. When I contacted Amazon, they responded quickly within six hours, asking me to send the shoes for inspection, which I did. However, after receiving their response claiming I didn’t follow the product’s usage instructions, my refund was denied.
I’ve contacted them twice after this decision, but no one has responded. I absolutely disagree with their conclusion. How could I have used this pair incorrectly when all my other Camper shoes were fine? I’m requesting either a refund or a new pair of the same shoes. It’s not acceptable to make customers pay for poorly made products. I expect Amazon and Camper to resolve this issue fairly.
