Camper Model K100226 Shoe Purchased from Amazon Shows Defect, Denied Replacement
Two months ago, I purchased a pair of Camper shoes, model K100226, from Amazon. After only a short period, the front of the shoe started to come apart. I sent it in for inspection, expecting a resolution, but was informed by Amazon that the issue was deemed "user error." I find this response highly unsatisfactory, especially from both Amazon and Camper. The product was only lightly used, and waiting over two weeks to receive a rejection without proper explanation or recourse is incredibly frustrating. My item remains with Amazon (reference: amzn2247789), and I am seeking a fair solution for what is clearly a product quality issue.
