Camper Shoe Delivery Delay

I purchased a pair of shoes from Camper Turkey, and they assured me that I would receive them within 10-15 business days. I agreed to the timeline and completed the purchase. Unfortunately, it has been 10 days and the UPS Turkey tracking number is still not active. Why is Camper withholding my money and failing to ship orders? Unfortunately, there is no information available regarding shipping from Spain. I will contact the branch of Camper in Spain; these actions do not align with the brand's image. I will also be lodging complaints with the appropriate authorities.
