I am reaching out to share my frustrating experience with UPS regarding the delivery of a package from Camper, which contains a pair of shoes I purchased. The package was handed over to UPS on July 19, 2023, with the expectation that it would be promptly delivered to my address in Başakşehir. However, it has been more than a week and I have still not received my shoes. When I contacted UPS to inquire about the status of the delivery, I received a very disappointing response. They claimed that my address lacks a street name, which is completely false. My address is a well-known and well-established corporate location, and I have received numerous packages from other carriers with no problems. I find it very annoying that UPS is unable to properly deliver my package, especially when other courier services have done so in the past. This delay and misinformation have caused me a great deal of discomfort and disappointment.
