I placed an online order on Camper’s website on 27 November 2025 with the order number 4007548148. Camper cancelled my purchase without giving me any reason, and so far, I have not received any refund for this cancelled order. I contacted Camper customer service by email about the cancellation and the missing refund, but my emails have not been answered. I find it unacceptable that my order was cancelled without explanation and that my payment has still not been returned. I request that my payment for order number 4007548148 be refunded immediately and that I receive a clear explanation as to why my purchase was cancelled despite being successfully placed on 27 November 2025.
