Camper Gave Wrong Info to UPS—My Shoes Still Haven’t Been Delivered
I ordered a pair of Camper shoes on February 21, 2025, and after months of silence, I only found out in early May—through my own persistent efforts—that the product had finally been released for delivery. Camper never proactively updated me during this entire time.
What’s worse is that Camper provided UPS with the wrong phone number and didn’t even mark the shipment with a request to notify me. So when UPS attempted delivery and couldn’t find me, they never called, never texted, never emailed—nothing.
Despite countless calls and emails with Camper customer service, they offered no real help. Their response was always the same: “You need to call UPS yourself,” or “We’ll email you within 72 hours.” But nothing was resolved.
As of now, the shoes are basically roaming the streets. Because Camper gave the wrong information to the courier and failed to manage the process, my money is essentially gone. It’s unacceptable for a global brand to operate so carelessly in our country.
