Hello, Cambly has renewed my subscription without my consent through the company I worked for last year and with the company email. Despite never using my account last year, €902.39 was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. Since I left the company I worked for last year, I no longer have access to the company email or the Cambly account. Therefore, it should have been checked whether this account was active before the renewal. This action is completely unethical, and I demand that the inaccessible account be closed and the amount charged to my credit card be refunded.

Additionally, I also spoke with Enpara and questioned how a 30,000 lira payment could be made from my credit card without applying 3D Secure and without any prior notification. They told me that this infrastructure does not exist for credit cards, which caused me great disappointment. How can such a feature, which would protect your customer, not be part of your infrastructure? I canceled my bank card and disputed the payment. However, they informed me that this process would take between 40 and 200 days to resolve. So, until this process is concluded, if Cambly does not refund the amount they charged, I will need to make the payment to my credit card, and additionally, to avoid any interest penalties. In any case, I am the victim here. I am complaining about both Cambly and Enpara for making me go through this bad experience, and I want them to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
