Motorola MBP36XL Baby Monitor Destroyed by Service Without Replacement

2

I purchased a Motorola MBP36XL 5-inch LCD digital baby monitor with a rechargeable battery. Within the first 6 months, the product malfunctioned and was sent to technical service. The product was destroyed without my approval, and I was informed that no replacement would be provided.

No solution has been offered to resolve the issue despite the long-standing inconvenience I’ve experienced. I believe low-quality products are being sold.
