Motorola MBP24 Baby Monitor Audio Not Working After One Month

Our Motorola MBP24 baby monitor started having audio transmission issues just one month after use. When we sent it in under warranty, we were told the product was defective and had been recalled. In return, they offered to refund the discounted price I originally paid months ago. However, with that amount, I can’t even purchase the same product again.

I am requesting my legal right to receive a replacement with a newer or upgraded model. I bought this so I could have peace of mind when my baby was born, but I haven’t been able to use it for months. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
