Owala Order Not Confirmed—No Email or Shipping Update Received

On February 9, 2026, I placed an order for a thermos on the Owala website. My order number is #44b638-1171. I paid a total of $29 (including shipping) with my credit card. However, I did not receive any confirmation email or SMS notification regarding my order.

On the morning of February 12, 2026, I sent a message through your website’s contact section to ask about the status of my order, but despite the time that has passed, I still have not received any response.

Since I could not get any information through the website, I checked reviews on Şikayetvar and saw that many other customers have experienced similar issues.

Because I have received no information about my order and no response has been provided, I request a full and prompt refund of the $29 charged to my credit card.
