Calzedonia Panora Accepted Fabric Defect but Refused Equivalent Exchange or Refund

In February, I purchased pleated palazzo pants from the Calzedonia Panora branch. I bought two additional items to take advantage of the campaign offering a 50% discount on the third item when purchasing three items. The price of the pants was 3,990 TRY. Shortly thereafter, an unexplained threadbare/pilling texture appeared around the hip area of the pants, so I handed the product over to the Panora Calzedonia store for inspection.

I was verbally informed at the store that the inspection resulted in a positive outcome, meaning that a manufacturing-related defect was accepted for the product. However, despite these pants still being actively sold on their website under code MODP1301, they claimed they had no stock left and could not order them in. When I asked how an item listed as in-stock online could not be ordered, they offered no clear explanation and merely stated that I could exchange it for a different product.

When I learned that the prices of the proposed exchange items were roughly half the price of the defective pants, I refused to accept the offer. I consider it unfair to be forced to exchange a 3,990 TRY pair of pants for a product worth almost half its value. As a result, they neither replaced my defective pants with the same model nor provided assistance regarding an equivalent product or refund.

Despite the product inspection yielding a positive result, I believe I have been wronged. I demand that the exact same model of the defective palazzo pants be procured; if that is impossible, I demand a full refund based on the amount paid or an exchange for an equivalent product in the same price range.
