Calzedonia Sports Tops Developed White Streaks After First Hand Wash
I recently purchased three sets of Calzedonia sportswear (tops and leggings) from your Palladium Istanbul store around New Year’s time. All three tops developed white streaks after I washed them carefully by hand, and the streaks appeared as soon as the items dried. I am a very careful and neat user; I still wear Calzedonia leggings I bought twenty years ago, so I am familiar with and trust your quality, which made this experience very disappointing. I returned two of the tops for quality review with the reference HODT 0026-106F-S-M, and I was planning to take the third top as well. However, my request was declined with no proper explanation, even though I followed all washing and care instructions and treated the products very gently. I do not want to stop using Calzedonia; in fact, I specifically chose these sets because I like them very much and would like to continue wearing them without defects. I kindly request that my complaint be reconsidered and that the three defective tops be exchanged with the same model tops in proper condition. I believe this issue does not reflect Calzedonia’s usual quality, and I hope my request will be resolved in a customer-oriented way.

I would like to add a short update to my complaint. I have taken clear photos that show the white streaks on all three Calzedonia sports tops I purchased from the Palladium Istanbul store, and I tried several times to upload these images to my complaint via the “add progress” section. However, the system did not accept the photos and they did not go through.
I kindly request support so that these photos can be added to my existing complaint or, if this is not technically possible, that my complaint can be reopened or edited, or that I can submit a new complaint using the same text and attach the photos properly. The images are important to demonstrate the defect on the products clearly and to help the brand review my request fairly.
