Call of Duty MW2 Purchase Issue — No Download Link Sent After Payment

Just five minutes ago, I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) from SaglamLisans. My order number is 690919, and I completed the payment using my bank card, paying a total of ₺239.90. However, after completing the purchase, I did not receive the download link via email (o*********@gmail.com**).

I have not yet contacted customer service, but I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the download link be sent to my email address without delay.
