I recently purchased UC worth 555₺ for my PUBG account (ID: 5645***151). The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the UC has not been credited to my account, even after several hours of waiting. This is incredibly frustrating, as I have never faced an issue like this before.

I kindly request that you either credit the UC to my account or refund the full amount immediately. It's unacceptable to take the money without delivering the purchased product. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure this does not happen again. Your immediate attention and action on this matter are greatly appreciated.
