On November 8, 2025, at 16:24:34, I purchased PUBG Mobile UC from the Hesapepin website. My order number is 61113, and I paid ₺1,290 via bank card. Despite the payment being successfully processed, my order has still not been delivered. The system continues to show the status as “Delivery Pending”, even though significant time has passed since the purchase.
I immediately contacted Hesapepin’s customer service to report the problem, but I have not received any response or resolution. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with an online UC purchase, and it has been both frustrating and disappointing.
I am requesting that the PUBG Mobile UC I purchased be credited to my account without any further delay. I expect Hesapepin to take responsibility, complete the delivery promptly, and ensure better communication with customers in situations like this.
