Call of Duty Mobile Refund Problem — Waiting 45 Days for My Refund

On July 21, 2025, I purchased a gold package worth ₺994 in Call of Duty: Mobile through Google Play using the mobile payment method linked to my Akbank debit card. I immediately canceled the purchase after realizing it was made by mistake, and the gold was removed from my account. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation from Google Play regarding the refund approval. I also contacted support multiple times, and each time, I was told that the refund had been successfully processed. However, even after 45 days, the refund has not been credited to my bank account.

In the past, I went through a similar cancellation, and the refund was processed smoothly, but this time, I’m still facing unresolved issues. My order number is GPA.3301-7532-8674-*, and the Google account used for the purchase is Turbo_ve**@hotmail.com**. The payment was made via Akbank.

I request that the ₺994 refund be deposited into my bank account immediately, as the delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
