I Can’t Verify My Phone on Caffè Nero App to Use Vouchers

I downloaded the Caffè Nero mobile app and started using it without any issues—at first. I even collected a few vouchers, which I was excited to use. But when I tried to redeem a voucher, the app prompted me to complete phone number verification. That’s where everything went wrong.
Despite multiple attempts, I never received the SMS code needed to verify my phone. I even tried switching networks and using a VPN, but nothing worked. When I attempted to contact support through the app, I received a vague “something is wrong” error. I later found out that many others have experienced the same problem, which clearly shows this is a system-wide issue.
