Bvlgari Accordion Ring Broke on Its Own—No Customer Support Available

I own a Bvlgari single-row accordion ring, and to my disappointment, the accordion section broke on its own. For a luxury brand known for high quality, I expected much better durability. A ring at this price point should not break from normal use.

I have been trying to contact customer service and technical support, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. There is no guidance on repairs or replacements, leaving me frustrated and without a solution.

I need Bvlgari to take responsibility and provide a repair or replacement option. A high-end brand should stand behind its craftsmanship. How can I get this issue resolved?
