Unable to Find Original Strap for My Burberry BU9110 Watch

I purchased the Burberry BU9110 watch a few years ago, and while the watch itself remains in good condition, the leather strap has become very worn. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to find an original replacement strap anywhere.

I even purchased a strap online, but it turned out to be counterfeit. For a brand like Burberry, which is known for its quality, I expected better post-sales support. It’s disappointing that original straps aren’t readily available or that there isn’t a clear way to obtain them directly from Burberry.

I request Burberry to provide support in obtaining an authentic strap for my watch. Better after-sales service is essential for maintaining customer trust in the brand.
