I Accidentally Subscribed to Busuu and Was Charged ₺200 Without Consent

While my son was using the phone to download notification sounds, a verification code appeared. Unknowingly, he entered the code, and right after that, a message popped up saying, “Your Busuu subscription has started.” Moments later, I received a notification from my carrier stating that ₺200 had been charged to my mobile bill.
This subscription was completely accidental and unauthorized. I had no intention of subscribing to any paid service from Busuu, and it’s very concerning how easily and misleadingly this transaction happened. I canceled the subscription immediately upon noticing, but by then, the charge had already gone through.
This is unacceptable. I demand that Busuu refunds the full ₺200, as this charge was clearly made in error and without proper consent. I urge the company to review how subscriptions are activated and ensure this kind of misleading interaction does not happen to others. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
