On April 26, 2025, a Busuu ad popped up on my phone. While trying to close it, I accidentally tapped the wrong part of the screen—and without any confirmation or warning, a subscription was immediately activated. To make matters worse, ₺200 was instantly added to my phone bill. I noticed the charge right away and canceled the subscription the same day. However, despite acting quickly and clearly not intending to subscribe in the first place, the ₺200 has not been refunded. This is completely unfair and feels like a trick designed to catch users off guard. No one should be charged that much without explicit consent. Busuu must stop these unauthorized activations and refund the ₺200 that was wrongly taken from me. I expect a prompt resolution.
