I Accidentally Started Busuu Subscription and Got Charged ₺200
My issue remains unresolved. While using the Türk Telekom app, I accidentally clicked on an advertisement for the Busuu app. Even though I didn’t intend to subscribe and entered my password thinking it was a regular login, the subscription was started without my consent.
I canceled the subscription immediately, but still, ₺200 was charged to my bill. This charge is completely unfair since the subscription was initiated against my will. I am requesting a full refund for this unauthorized fee.
I expect Busuu and Türk Telekom to take responsibility for this mistake and promptly refund the amount. I hope you will resolve this issue quickly and prevent others from facing similar problems.
