I Got Charged by Busuu Without Consent and Demand an Immediate Refund

While trying to download a completely unrelated app, I somehow ended up being subscribed to Busuu without my knowledge or permission. I never intended to sign up for anything, let alone authorize a paid subscription. Out of nowhere, I received a ₺200 charge on my mobile bill. This is completely unacceptable.
I immediately canceled the subscription once I saw what happened, but the damage was already done—I was charged for something I didn’t agree to. There was no clear consent, no confirmation screen, no warning. It feels like a deceptive auto-subscription trick, and I want that money refunded right away.
You can’t just take people’s money without their understanding. This is unjust, unethical, and exploitative. People work hard for their money, and what you’re doing is profiting off confusion and misleading user flows. I’m asking Busuu to take responsibility for this and refund the ₺200 immediately. If this is not resolved, I’ll escalate the issue further.

Hello, my problem still hasn't been resolved. I request a refund of this unfairly charged fee to my phone bill. Also, I noticed that Şikayetvar is full of the same complaints about Busuu. This needs to be stopped; there can't be such a way of making profit. How is it that people suddenly become subscribers while trying to download something else, and charges are reflected on their bills? I won't let this go, Busuu. If I can't get my rights here, I will pursue them through legal means.
