I Was Charged for a Busuu Subscription I Never Approved

My issue still hasn’t been resolved. Without my consent, I was signed up for a Busuu subscription through your platform. While using the Türk Telekom app, I accidentally clicked on an ad, and that was enough to trigger an automatic subscription—completely without my knowledge or intention. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed it, but I was still charged ₺200 on my phone bill. I want this charge refunded immediately. I never agreed to become a member, never confirmed a subscription, and never authorized any payment. This feels like a sneaky trick that takes advantage of accidental clicks. I expect transparency and fairness—this charge must be reversed. I hope you will assist me and correct this unauthorized billing.
