Busuu Deleted My Premium Account Without Consent and Now Wants Me to Pay Again

I had a 1-year Premium membership with Busuu, and without any warning or my consent, they deleted my account. I still had 4 full months left on my subscription when this happened. Now, instead of restoring my existing account and remaining Premium access, Busuu is asking me to start over by creating a new account and paying again. This is completely unacceptable. I paid in advance for a full year of service and expect to receive what I paid for. I shouldn’t be penalized because of an error on their side. I want to continue using my original account and access the rest of my Premium membership without having to start from scratch or make a new payment. Busuu must restore my deleted account immediately and honor the remaining subscription time I paid for.
