On September 18, 2025, a foreign transaction of 23,81 USD was charged to my credit card through the virtual POS system of “pdfaid” without my knowledge, approval, or consent. I was not informed of any membership, subscription, or automatic renewal at the time of purchase, nor did I receive any invoice, confirmation email, or subscription details afterward. The last four digits of my card are 3996, and this unauthorized charge occurred for the first time.
I have not contacted the company’s customer service regarding this issue. If a membership or subscription was created, I request that it be canceled immediately and that the unauthorized 23,81 USD charge be refunded to me. Otherwise, I will take legal action. I urgently request that this issue be resolved.
