On October 18, 2025, I used PDFAid’s website on my computer to perform a one-time file conversion. However, on October 21, 2025, I discovered that an international charge of 23.81 USD had been withdrawn from my credit card ending in 0016 without my knowledge or consent. I received no notification regarding this transaction, and the payment was taken without any authorization.
Although I attempted to contact PDFAid customer support, I have not received any response. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the 23.81 USD be refunded to me. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights.
