Incomplete Orders, and Wrong Items From Burger King

I got food from Burger King, but they only gave me half of what I ordered and the other half was missing. I called and asked for the missing item, and they brought it to me an hour later, but it turned out to be the wrong item. We were so exhausted that we couldn't wait any longer, so we just ate it. Also, when I called their customer service hotline, I had to listen to annoying advertisements for several minutes. Even though they understood my problem, they responded with a careless "oh well, we'll sort it out" attitude, but they didn't actually take any action.
