Burger King Charged Me but Never Served My Order at Omaxe Connaught Place

I visited the Burger King outlet at Omaxe Connaught Place, Sector Beta-2, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, on 30 November. The amount for my order was deducted from my account, but the order was not successfully placed due to a misunderstanding between the service staff and me. A staff member announced an order number, which I mistakenly understood as a table number, so I assumed my order had arrived. Later, I realized that my order was never actually prepared, even though the payment had already been processed, and the system first showed the order as failed and then showed it as pickup. Despite this, I did not receive my food. I spoke to the staff about this issue, but I received no proper response or resolution, and the deducted money has not been returned. I request that the deducted amount for this unserved order be refunded to me as soon as possible, as I paid but did not receive my order, and no support was provided at the branch.
