On December 28, 2024, at 12:21 PM, I purchased a meal from Burger King, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The drink I received had a strong plastic smell, making it undrinkable and raising serious concerns about safety. This is unacceptable and feels like a health hazard.
Additionally, the hamburger I ordered was not fully cooked inside. This is the second time I’ve encountered such issues with Burger King, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
I urge Burger King to take immediate action to ensure the quality and safety of their food and beverages. Customers should not have to deal with such substandard products. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to prevent this from happening again.
