On December 27, 2024, I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Menu from Burger King through Yemeksepeti. Unfortunately, both the cheeseburger and fries arrived completely cold. My child took a couple of bites but couldn’t eat it, and we ended up throwing everything away.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue with Burger King. Previously, I also received cold food, which is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation. When I order food, I expect it to arrive fresh and warm, especially when paying for a full meal.
I demand that Burger King address this recurring issue and ensure that orders are delivered in proper condition. Customers deserve better quality and service.
