BudgetAir Ruined My Family Trip by Failing to Issue Tickets After Flight Changes
BudgetAir client service absolutely useless! Booked a flight,(they made some changes later on - which is completely understandable and acceptable), and everything was fine till travelling day came - couldn't check in online it said we had to do it at the airport. We arrived at the airport and this is where all fun started, they couldn't check us in on the flight!!! Some information was missing from Budget Air or Etihad Airways (they blame each other for that). No help at all, hours on the phone with BudgetAir and Etihad - never boarded the plane! The flight was changed to the next day and cancelled by ETIHAD again because Budget Air didn't complete the reissuing of tickets. They did nothing to fly us out!!! It was a 3-week family trip in Malaysia and Thailand!!!! We also had internal flights, and hotels booked - we lost everything!!!! Kids are devastated unable to even talk for two days, They were so stressed by all this!!!!
They provided us with new flight details, which we accepted, but they never reissued the tickets! We checked with the airline, and it turns out that Budget Air isn’t doing its job. They keep deceiving us. The worst part is that they even blocked us from contacting their so-called "customer service."
