I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mytrip.com. I booked tickets for my wife and me to travel from Istanbul to Riyadh to attend a close friend’s engagement. Unfortunately, the engagement was postponed due to his family members' visa issues, which were entirely out of our control. I requested a special refund from Mytrip.com, considering the unforeseen circumstances, but they coldly rejected it without any effort to assist or empathize. Frustrated, I contacted the airline directly, only to find out that a refund was indeed possible, but the agent (Mytrip.com) had to initiate the process. When I brought this to Mytrip.com’s attention, they outright refused to cooperate and kept dodging their responsibility to contact the airline. It’s infuriating how they prioritize making profits over providing basic customer support or showing any humanity in exceptional situations like this. Their behavior is shameful and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a so-called travel agency. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the airlines or a more reputable agency. Mytrip.com is a nightmare to deal with. How pitiful and disappointing! Avoid at all costs.
